Less than two weeks after unveiling its first DDR3 memory, Taiwan's Silicon-Power has decided to move forward and let loose some faster modules. The new memory comes in the form of 1GB modules with 6 layer PCBs and 128 x 8 FBGA configurations.

Working at 1333 MHz, the memory is powered by a JEDEC-standard 1.5V and unfortunately, it only features CL9 timings. The new 1GB modules come backed by a lifetime warranty but their price has yet to be revealed.
